About PenScriber
Empowering researchers worldwide to transform their discoveries into impactful publications.
Our Story
At PenScriber, we believe that every great and innovative idea deserves to be published. Behind every dataset, discovery, and draft lies a researcher's dedication — and our mission is to ensure that this hard work is communicated with clarity, precision, and global impact.
Founded by Dr. Muhammad Numan, a biochemist and molecular biologist with more than a decade of research and academic writing experience, PenScriber was created to address a growing challenge in the scientific world: the gap between research innovation and effective research communication.
Where It All Began
Journey into Scientific Writing
Dr. Numan's journey into scientific writing began during his MSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. While crafting his first thesis, he discovered the power of well-structured writing in shaping how research is perceived and valued.
MPhil Studies
His MPhil studies deepened his expertise in scientific writing, statistical analysis, and bioinformatics — skills that would later form the foundation of PenScriber.
PhD Research & Certification
During his PhD, Dr. Numan further refined his abilities and adopted global best practices, completing advanced certifications from leading institutions:
- Stanford University – Writing in the Sciences
- University of Cape Town – Clinical Biostatistics
- Universiteit Leiden – Public Health Study Design
- University of Toronto – Bioinformatics
- Georgia Institute of Technology – Professional Communication
From Vision to Venture
Dr. Numan entered the international research marketplace on Fiverr and Upwork. He helped 150+ researchers publish in impact-factor journals. Recognizing the gap in accessible professional support, he envisioned a platform offering complete publishing solutions.
